Ontwikkeling MES Applicatie

Naast de automatisering van alle productielijnen heeft van Daal engineering, volledig conform de behoeftes van VacuMetal, een MES-applicatie (Manufacturing Execution System) ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd die helemaal aansluit bij hun automatiseringsstrategie en productieproces.

De MES applicatie communiceert direct met de productieautomatisering (PLC systemen), ERP systeem en LeanForms systeem en bevat functionaliteit voor (o.a.):

• Productieplanning
• Onderhoudsplanning
• Grondstof behoefte/bestelling
• Productie rapportages

Door deze integratie van het productieproces in het bedrijfsproces is een hoog efficiënte omgeving ontstaan waarmee afwijkingen in het productieverloop direct zichtbaar zijn.

Development MES Application

In addition to the automation of all production lines, van Daal engineering has developed and implemented a MES application (Manufacturing Execution System), fully in line with the automation strategy and production process of VacuMetal.

The MES application communicates directly with the production automation (PLC systems), ERP system and LeanForms system. It includes, among others, the following functions:

• Production planning
• Maintenance planning
• Needs for/ordering of raw material
• Production reports

This integration of the production process into the business process has resulted in a highly efficient environment where deviations in the production process are immediately visible.
